Remove roll cake from oven. Allow cake to sit for one minute. Flip cake onto Easy Cake Roller®
from the jelly roll pan. Use as a roll cake towel substitute. Roll up cake starting at the narrow end. Allow to cool completely. Gently unroll cake, leaving the Easy Cake Roller® beneath for support. Spread in filling. Re-roll the cream filled cake (without the Easy Cake Roller®) onto itself. Cover in plastic-wrap to chill in the refrigerator. Wash the used Easy Cake Roller® with warm, soapy water and allow to dry.
